Contract Pharmacy OPAIS Registration Made Easy:
Below are the step-by-step instructions and to register a new Contract Pharmacy on HRSA OPAIS.
- Go to this link https://340bopais.hrsa.gov
- Login to your account (only Primary Contact and Authorizing Official have accounts)
- There is a box titled ‘My Dashboard’ – click on this
- Select the 340B ID you need to register
- Click tab called ‘Contract Pharmacies’
- Click blue box that says ‘Add’ or ‘Terminate’
- A screen will appear with important notes – read and click Continue
- Toward the bottom of the screen there is a Search field to search for Pharmacies. We recommend searching by DEA number for each location. DEA numbers are listed in the contract.
- When the pharmacy populates below the search field, you should verify the address matches that in the contract. You then select that pharmacy and click ‘Continue.’
- On the next screen, you enter the Pharmacy Representative email address.
